Quest: capture the goons

Quest location: refer to the map

Despite being a wanted poster, the quest was posted on the gwg quest wall, and was accepted like every other quest, thus i will assume that the quest was another normal quest with a unique poster format.
on the wanted poster was two short humanoid, presumably dwarves or gnomes, wearing a hoodie, dubbed bomber goons. they seem to roam the 4th district, causing enough trouble to grant them quite bounty, 5000 gp per head.
as the client was local guards, we were able to obtain numerous information regarding the vandals, the information involve: prediction of their next appearance and that they used some kind of spell to disable the guards. from the information, i conluded that the spell used was the 'color spray' or variation there off
at the predicted location, we set up a plan to capture the vandals. however, ogoron and selene (who took the same quest, despite being on a separate 'team') attacked the supposed vandals before the others were ready, agitating them. unfortunately, before i realized the gnomes' mental state i decided to test if they were the vandals by creating illusion of guards. this caused them to begin attacking us.
they used color spray as i predicted, however, the power was beyond my expectations. ms salazar fell to the spell. not long after, the rest also fell, with the exception of me and yoru. yoru managed to deny one gnome of his escape, allowing me to put on an enchantment spell, causing the gnome to become smitten towards miss salazar (and loathe me), allowing her to question the gnome
unfortunately, i wasn't in the room during the questioning. ms salazar should be able to testify about the detail of the questioning

by the end of the questioning, we made a deal with the gnomes, considering:
a) according to miss salazar, their only desire was to create arts, neither mischief nor evil
b) that we do not know their exact number and power, thus we minimize the possiblity of creating a conflict

the deal was as follows:
1) we do not imprison the gnomes
2) the gnomes heal us of our blindness (granted by them to myself, yoru, and salazar(pre-enchantment))
3) that the gnomes lives under observation (by living in the guild)
however, we soon found out that the other two gnomes were missing. so now we only managed to 'capture' one of them, walcott. it should be noted though, that the enchantment only last for 6 days. in other words, by the time this report is made, walcott might've already escaped gwg. guards should be notified, and/or be accompanied with constructs or undeads should they they attempt capture

first off, i am sorry if you already knew this from ms marissa

it seems that ms salazar react strongly to [forced kissing], while this may have been caused by the encounter with the gnomes (during which she was kissed, due to my spell) i believe that the gnome was not the main cause of the reaction.

also, i think there's no need to speak of kevin eleanor's exploit of women (namely selene) due to the fact that he does it in front of the public. i am sure you already heard about the forced kissing (which caused ms salazar to snap) and the wrestling in front of the guild.
